If you find a product or more unsuitable to your needs, given the item(s) meet the Refund and Return Conditions (see below). To return an item you will need to first submit a return request by sending us email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Refund and Return Conditions-
- Craft Supplies:
– Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
– Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
– Goods must have an accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.
– Any damaged or malfunctioning items must be highlighted to us within 7 days.
– Any other shortages/errors found regarding your order must also be highlighted to us within 7 days.
– Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.

- Ready to ship:
- We accept returns or exchanges only on ready made items purchased on our site, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom orders:
- Personalised Products: due to the nature of personalised products, We cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If you have any questions about any product please contact us before placing your order.
- Non-personalised Products: Returns will not be accepted in general if the item is as per order details, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us as soon your package arrives and we will discuss the possibilities for exchange, refunds will not be processed . The buyer must bear the cost of returning the item and any additional shipment charges.
Condition of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be returned in original condition with labels attached.
Please be sure to pack your items carefully for postage as we are not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return delivery. We recommend registered post.
- Digital Downloads :
We are unable to accept returns of digital patterns once downloaded, unless there is a fault. In the case of a fault with digital pattern downloads, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to help you with resolving the problem. It is your responsibility to download the pattern(s) and check that for faults within this period. We will not be able to issue a refund after this time.
- Bookings, Birthday Parties And Workshops:
- We are unable to offer refunds on bookings, we are however able to work with you to reschedule your event, party or workshop for a later date more suitable.
- In case of no show we however will not be able to give you credit
- You can cancel your order within 2 hours from the time it was placed by sending us email to email@example.com
- We do understand that some unforeseen circumstances can occur past the 2 hour timeline for cancelations, in that case please contact us by phone ASAP to discuss course for action.
