Satin Fabric, rigid 75GSM

One- colour satin is a fabric in a satin weave, which is characterized by a high gloss front and matte back. It looks luxurious and elegant. The material is very flowing, smooth , soft to the touch, it can be combined with chiffon or embroidered lace.Use: You can use satin when sewing clothes – formal dresses, trousers, blouses, underwear and luxury bathrobes. It is also suitable for decorative purposes. You can use it for curtains, to decorate shop windows or to prepare a festive board.

We have tried: Satin is slippery material, so it’s good to have some experience with its processing. After washing it at the recommended temperature, it did not precipitate or release the colour. We recommend sewing it with size 70 needle and make sure that the needle is not damaged, it could damage the satin. Also, when sewing, be careful not to “pull” the thread. As the satin fades slightly, clean the edges of the cut parts on an overlock sewing machine. We recommend ironing at a low temperature without steam, as this can cause unwanted stains on the fabric.
