Second hand book in very good condition
Patterns are mixed crochet pieces and the book has a good deal of “filet” and “motif” work that are always very versatile to be used in any project. Designs have been made and shown in cotton but they could translate to any other smooth yarn which is thicker or finer in quality. The designs have intricacies that would not work up as well if fuzzy or feathered yarn is used.I bought this book for the tablecloth pattern which is shown as a bedspread and worked from an antique, timeless motif and one that I think will be a “stunner” when complete.
The book has great possibilities.
